📄 Amazon POs

Every PO uploaded here (from the Thrival PO template) shows for the whole team and for Harmony's login — one shared list of what has been ordered. Click ⬇ to download the original file. The two upcoming Friday shipments appear automatically as SCHED entries, built from the saved 4-week schedule below (skids × units per skid) — save the schedule and they update. Finished weeks stay in the list crossed out; only the latest 10 rows show until you open the rest.

🌐 Web & retail POs · blanket stock builds for selling season / Dick's

A blanket PO is Thrival's commitment for the month: Harmony builds web/retail stock to it ahead of selling season. Web orders keep shipping on their own ShipStation POs — at month end the blanket is reconciled against what actually shipped and closed, so nothing is billed twice. Click ⬇ to download the PO as a spreadsheet to send.

🏭 Recommended PO (your reorder rules on live stock)

Order = the next 81 days of projected demand (21-day lead + 60-day selling-season buffer; 30 days off-season) − stock on hand and inbound, rounded up to whole skids (Relief Pro 96/skid, everything else 108). Each day is charged at the same seasonal rate as the projection band below (Q4 lift + Prime Days / Black Friday / Dec-cutoff calendar), so orders ramp ahead of the season and hold 60+ days of cover into mid-October. Days left and stockout dates drain at the HIGH band (+15%) so warnings fire early. Sorted soonest-stockout first. 🔴 stocks out before a new order could arrive · 🟡 tight window · 🟢 order on normal cadence · covered/skip = no order needed. The website side has its own planner below.

What makes a Thrival video work
the fundamentals — your brief adds what's hot this week
🛏️ Lead with it in use
The heart of every video is someone actually lying on the Thrival, working a muscle — lean heavily on that. Supporting moments are great too: pointing to the muscle on your body, or showing a movement or assessment that reveals the problem (especially if that's your profession). Just always bring it back to the product doing its job.
💪 Name the muscle
"Piriformis", "psoas", "QL" — a specific muscle named in the first seconds stops exactly the right person mid-scroll. Vague "back pain" content scrolls past; naming the muscle makes them feel found.
🪝 The first 2 seconds decide everything
Open with the hook — a question, a bold claim, or the pain moment. Question hooks ("Ever get that ache that stretching won't touch?") make the viewer answer in their head, and then they stay.
😮‍💨 Real relief beats polish
A genuine wince-then-exhale on a real face outperforms produced content every time. Shoot casual, honest, in the moment — your own voice and reactions are the ad.
🗣️ Speak as yourself
"My calves", "I do this every morning" — first-person from the person on screen. Your profession is your credibility: teach it the way you'd tell a client or a friend, not the way an ad would.
📱 Shoot it clean
Vertical 9:16, steady phone (propped or tripod), natural speed — no speed ramps. For b-roll, hold each shot 10–15 seconds without cutting; steady unbroken footage is what edits well.

Today Yesterday 7 Days 30 Days This Month
Profitability · Amazon
Week Month
Built from Amazon's settlement report (the transactions behind your actual payouts), so fees and refunds are real, not estimates. It lags a day or two, so each window ends yesterday and the newest sales may still be filling in. COGS uses the same per-SKU costs as the DTC view above (COGS editor included). Sales taxes are excluded: Amazon collects and remits them, so they never touch profit.
COGS editor · per SKU
base + plastic box + manual · saved for the whole team
Edit any cost and it saves automatically; the P&L above updates to match.
Experiments · pricing & marketing tests
before vs after · normalized per day · DTC website
Each experiment compares a product line's performance before a change against the days since, normalized to a per-day rate so the windows compare fairly. The bottom line is take-home profit per day — after discounts, ad spend, Stripe fees and shipping — since a price change moves all of those, not just gross profit. The winner is whichever makes more total take-home.
Profit Coach · Fable
Fable reviews the last 7 days and suggests pricing & marketing moves to lift take-home profit. Runs on demand and automatically each week.
